I have been a member of Women in Business since 1995, and I have been lucky enough to have seen many of our members join our group and flourish in their chosen fields. I feel honoured to have met and worked alongside many inspirational women on our Committee. I’m a former Financial Adviser, and I now run my own ladieswear personal shopping business from my home. Having done this for ten years, I am proud to have dressed many of our members and their friends with my range of French Designer Clothes (Captain Tortue). I accepted the honour to be Chair of Women in Business in 2013 because I genuinely believe that Women in Business exists to share our business connections in a friendly and supportive way whilst enjoying great social meetings and informative training events.
