Jennifer Sewell, a Partner in the Regulatory Team and Caroline Neadley, an Associate in the Employment Law Team at Rollits LLP will provide employers of all sizes with a legal overview of their obligations to ensure a safe working environment and provide guidance on how to support employees to return to work after furlough leave and remain at work as businesses journey through these unchartered waters.

Caroline and Jennifer will answer the tricky questions which employers are  experiencing such as what are our legal obligations if there is a Covid-19 outbreak at work? How can we limit the risk of an outbreak? What can the Health and Safety Executive do if our workplace is not Covid secure? What should we do if an employee refuses to come to work because they don’t feel safe? Do we have to pay employees if they choose to travel aboard and have to self-isolate?
