Our first event of the year is for those of you wanting to get more healthy, feel happier about yourselves and lose those Covid comfort eating curves many of us have gained last year.
Debra Gotch explains the principles for long term health and wellness are not about deprivation, weighing food or going hungry. That just makes you miserable. Long term health is about learning principles to support your body with the right food groups and developing habits that make you feel so good you actually want to continue them.
In this session we will discuss many dos and don’ts and core principles to shed excess pounds fast and become your healthiest most vibrant self in 2021.
