Introduction to First Aid at Work
Date(s) - 13 February 2019
5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
The Health & Safety (first aid) regulations 1981 give guidance to all businesses on their first aid provision in the workplace. The number of first aiders required by a business depends on the number of employers, exposure to hazards and risks and other special requirements. Is your team up-to-date with their basic Emergency First Aid training skills?
We are very lucky to have Allison Middlemas of Lessons for Life Training give us an Introduction to First Aid at Work.
Having worked as an emergency medical technician for Yorkshire Ambulance Service for many years responding to 999 calls both as part of an ambulance crew and as an ambulance car responder, Allison has a great depth of practical experience when dealing with medical and trauma casualties. Since setting up Lessons for Life Allison has delivered cost effective and medically accurate first aid courses to businesses.
Join us at this FREE* event for a spot of networking from 5.30pm, followed by Allison’s presentation at 6pm. This event will be taking place in Hull City Centre.
* Event is free for members, there is a small charge of £5 for guests
