Executive mindset past Covid 19

What is the new normal – people and students are using their everyday Fight or Flight emotions to deal with this pandemic- their brains have had to adapt and retrain and with that has come more acknowledgment of our emotional wellbeing.
Much of who you are on a day-to-day basis comes from your mindset. Your mindset is the view you have of your qualities and characteristics – where they come from and whether they can change.
This talk will look at two mindsets the fixed mindset that comes from the belief that your qualities are carved in stone and the growth mindset that comes from the belief that your basic qualities are things you can cultivate through life and effort.
How can you apply this knowledge into growth in your person and growth in yourself.
